Usually safe to ride. Safe to ride; walk assist or electronic shifting may not work.
What it means
On E8000, an electronic derailleur may have been fitted where the system expects a mechanical one, so walk assist may be weaker. On E6100/E7000 the installed derailleur differs from the configured one and gear shifting is not possible.
