Specialized Turbo error 2: TCU error 2 – Battery not found

What it means

Code 2 is a communication problem, usually a lost connection to the battery. A loose or damaged plug or cable is a common cause.

• Loose or damaged connector
• Faulty cable
• Lost connection

Symptoms

• Red/blue error LEDs on the TCU
• No assist

How to fix it

1. Switch the bike off and on again (reboot).
2. Open the Mission Control app (Diagnose) to read more about the error.
3. If the error stays, contact an Authorised Specialized Retailer.
