Likely causes
- RE plug not fully inserted or not locked

- Range Extender not used
How to fix it
- Check the RE plug is fully inserted in the charge port and locked.
- Unplug the RE and check the plug for water; let it dry.
- If the problem stays, contact an Authorised Specialized Retailer.
