Rad Power Bikes error 6: Battery undervoltage

What it means

The battery is running below its voltage limit. Rad says this is rare and usually happens when the battery is almost empty.

• Error 6 on the colour display
• Assist stops

How to fix it

1. Charge the battery to full.
2. Turn the bike on again and check if the error has gone.
3. If it keeps coming back with a full battery, contact Rad Power Bikes support.
