How to fix it
- Unplug the charger from the battery and from the wall socket.
- Switch on the battery, then start charging again.
- Try another Bosch charger if you have one.
- Install any software update offered in the eBike Flow app.
- Check your mains supply matches the charger's rating plate.
- If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.
