Ride with caution. You can pedal without assistance; if the battery is very hot, smells or swells, stop and keep it away from anything flammable.
What it means
The battery temperature is outside the allowed range. The eBike may switch off.
Likely causes
- Battery too hot or too cold
Symptoms
- Code 680001
- eBike switches off
How to fix it
- Switch off and let the battery reach normal room temperature. Do not heat or chill it artificially.
- Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
- If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.

Restart first; see a Bosch eBike dealer if it keeps coming back.
