ASSIST-LEVELS: Assistance level (OFF/ECO/TOUR/SPORT/eMTB/TURBO)
Choose how much the motor helps you, at any time while riding.
What it does
Press + or - on the handlebar remote to change the assistance level. Higher levels give more help but use the battery faster. Some bikes have fewer levels or a fixed level set by the maker.
Typical values
- OFF - no motor help
- ECO - most range
- TOUR - steady help for touring
- TOUR+ - dynamic (eMTB bikes)
- SPORT - powerful help
- eMTB - adapts to terrain (CX drives)
- TURBO - maximum help
Before you change it
- Walk assist cannot be used in OFF.
- The list of levels depends on your bike.
