PASSWORD: Start-up password

Protects the display with a PIN at switch-on.

What it does

When switched on, the display asks for your password before the bike can be used. You can also change or cancel the password.

Typical values

OFF
ON (set a password using the digits 0–9)

Before you change it

If the wrong password is entered ten times, the display switches off.
Write your password down somewhere safe.
