What it means
Error 57 means the bike detects the SIM card but has trouble communicating with it. The code shows on the bike's matrix display.

How to fix it
- Make sure the bike has the latest firmware (VanMoof app).
- Reset the bike.
- Do a system restart (see VanMoof's 'How to System Restart' guide).
- If the error stays, take the bike to a VanMoof Partner for diagnosis and repair.
How urgent is it?
Not urgent for riding.
