Ride with caution. Assistance may be switched off, but Bosch says you can always keep pedalling without the motor.
What it means
There is a fault outside the battery, usually in its wiring.
Likely causes
- Damaged or loose battery wiring
Symptoms
- Code 606 on the display
How to fix it
- Check the wiring for obvious damage.
- Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
- If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.

Have the eBike checked before your next ride, as Bosch recommends.
