What it means
The motor control is not working properly, so motor assistance may be unavailable.
Likely causes
- Drive unit control fault

- Code 50100D
- No motor assistance
How to fix it
- Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
- Do not open the motor. If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.
